Order and Guest Service Duties

• Answer questions about menu selections and wine origin, vintage, and style.
• Place and log callbacks for room service orders.
• Notify guests and management about service delivery delays.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express appreciation.
• Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette and communicate with clear, professional language.

Order Administration and Payments

• Record transactions in the MICROS system when orders are taken.
• Complete closing reports, including MICROS reports.
• Process all payment methods.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is required.
• No license or certification is required.

Safety and Physical Requirements

• Follow company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
• Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
