Role Overview
YummyFri is hiring an order taker and cashier for its delivery and pickup cloud kitchen in Madinat Al Riyad, Abu Dhabi.
The role is responsible for ensuring customers receive the correct and complete order.
Main Duties
- Receive orders through the POS system and WhatsApp.
- Enter orders correctly and quickly.
- Handle cash and payments.
- Coordinate orders with the kitchen.
- Pack and check every order before handing it to the rider or customer.
- Manage pickup and delivery orders.
- Help with simple kitchen and packing tasks when needed.
Requirements
- Very good spoken and written English is required.
- The candidate must type quickly and be comfortable using WhatsApp.
- The candidate must be comfortable with numbers and cash handling.
- POS experience is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
- The candidate must be able to multitask without mixing up orders.
- The candidate must remain calm and organized during busy periods.
- Availability for a paid trial shift is required.
