The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented order management professional to coordinate orders from initial receipt through fulfillment and completion.
You will maintain accurate order information, monitor progress, communicate updates, and help resolve exceptions to support reliable fulfillment and a positive customer experience.
This part-time, fully remote opportunity offers flexible working hours and exposure to international e-commerce, fulfillment, logistics, and customer operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate orders from receipt and verification through fulfillment and completion.
- Review orders for accuracy, product availability, pricing, customer details, and required information.
