The Role
Support order entry, processing, documentation, status tracking, and internal coordination.
The role is designed for an organized professional who can manage order information accurately and support efficient business processes.
Work Arrangement
- The role is fully remote within the United Arab Emirates.

Order Processing
- Receive, review, and process customer and business orders through internal systems.
- Enter and update order information in databases, spreadsheets, and order management platforms.
- Verify product details, quantities, pricing, delivery information, and supporting documents.
- Monitor pending, delayed, or incomplete orders and follow up as needed.
Records and Coordination
- Maintain order records, files, reports, and digital documentation.
- Coordinate order requirements with sales, finance, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and other teams.
- Assist with confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and order updates.
- Track fulfillment progress, delivery schedules, and outstanding requirements.
