Role Overview
Support order administration, transaction coordination, and operational workflows for businesses across the UAE.
Process orders from initial request through fulfillment and completion while maintaining accurate information.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and enter orders into internal systems.
- Verify product details, quantities, pricing, delivery information, and requirements.
- Identify missing or inconsistent information and follow up as needed.
- Maintain order records, transaction data, and supporting documentation.
- Track orders through fulfillment and completion.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, warehouse, logistics, and finance teams.
- Prepare confirmations, processing documents, summaries, and routine reports.
- Monitor pending, delayed, cancelled, and incomplete orders.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams about order information and availability.
- Update ERP, CRM, order-management, spreadsheet, and other systems.
- Resolve order discrepancies, processing errors, pricing issues, and documentation gaps.
