About the Role
Support daily order administration and information management.
Maintain accurate order information, organized records, and efficient business processes.
Work Arrangement
- The role is fully remote within the United Arab Emirates.
- The position is part-time with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Enter and update order information in systems, spreadsheets, and digital platforms.
- Verify product details, quantities, pricing, delivery information, and supporting documents.
- Maintain order records, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, files, trackers, and logs.
- Monitor order status, deadlines, missing information, pending actions, and delays.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and finance teams.
- Prepare order summaries and administrative reports, resolve routine issues, and support workflow improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in order processing, order administration, sales operations, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
