Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales orders, ERP order creation, order confirmations, and dispatch planning.
- Drive warehouse dispatch operations, inventory allocation, shipment tracking, and reverse logistics.
- Prepare dispatch plans using FIFO-based inventory allocation and standard packing practices.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customers, Finance, Warehouse, and Logistics Partners for order fulfilment.
- Provide customers with visibility on inventory, shipments, payments, and credit limits.
- Resolve customer grievances and maintain MIS, DSR, sales order, shipment, and monthly operational reports.
Required Experience
- Applicants should have 7–8 years of overall experience in supply chain operations or order management.
- Applicants should have 6–7 years of experience managing customer orders and coordinating with Sales Teams.
- Applicants should have 6–7 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in a multi-product environment.
- Strong experience with ERP systems, order management, material planning, and domestic outbound logistics is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with an MNC and exposure to leading a unit or section are preferred.
- A graduate degree from a reputed institute is preferred.
- B.E. or B.Tech is preferred.
- MS Office, analytical, reporting, and process-management skills are preferred.
- Customer-focused, proactive, organized, and dynamic working styles are preferred.
