Role Overview
Studio Covers is a premium direct-to-consumer home furnishings brand seeking an Order Fulfillment & Operations Coordinator.
The role manages customer orders from placement on Shopify through delivery to the customer.
Order and Inventory Management
- Monitor incoming Shopify orders, maintain daily order sheets, and prioritize urgent orders.
- Keep ready inventory up to date so orders do not become stuck.
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep ready-to-ship stock accurately marked and updated.
Logistics and Delivery
- Book shipments across Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and other logistics dashboards.
- Ensure shipping labels are booked accurately and tracking numbers are updated.
- Track orders through delivery and resolve issues with shipping partners and customers.
Made-to-Order Coordination
- Maintain a production tracker for made-to-order items.
- Prepare daily and weekly task lists and coordinate with production to support timely dispatch.
