- Receive, manage, packaging and dispatch of shipments from different courier channels to handle both inbound and outbound operations
- Update logistic data on trackers
- Follow up with logistic partners for inbound and outbound deliveries
- Inventory update, stock update, manage the stocks and logistics
- Customer calls and advance notification on status of delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years relevant experience in Ecommerce Operations / Warehouse / Logistic Operations or similar
- Excellent English written and verbal skills
- Well versed with advance Excel, email writing and customer support
