The Role
The role supports the end-to-end order fulfillment process from order receipt through final delivery.
The position coordinates with customers, sales, operations, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and finance teams.

Order Fulfillment Operations
- Process and validate customer, store, project, wholesale, and e-commerce orders.
- Enter and maintain orders in ERP, OMS, e-commerce, POS, or other relevant systems.
- Verify inventory availability and coordinate allocation based on priorities, stock, and delivery commitments.
- Coordinate warehouse picking, packing, staging, dispatch, and delivery activities.
- Monitor orders through shipment, delivery, and proof of delivery.
- Manage stockouts, backorders, partial shipments, damaged goods, failed deliveries, cancellations, returns, and reshipments.
