We are hiring an experienced Order Dispatcher for our fast-paced seafood Restaurant in Dubai.
This role is very important to our daily operations, and we are looking for someone who is organized, fast, responsible, and experienced in managing delivery operations efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Order Dispatcher is REQUIRED
- Must know Dubai areas and routes very well
- Must have experience with delivery platforms such as: Deliveroo & Instashop
- Must know how to assign orders efficiently to in-house riders
- Must coordinate accurately between: Kitchen Team, Riders and Delivery apps
- Must ensure all orders are correct before dispatch
- Must follow rider movement and timing
- Must manage order flow during busy hours
- Must have leadership personality and strong communication skills
- Must know how to push the kitchen team to prepare orders on time
- Must be able to handle pressure and multitask
