Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex oral surgical procedures
- Diagnose and manage oral pathology and surgical conditions
- Place dental implants using evidence based protocols
- Perform surgical extractions, impacted third molar surgeries, bone grafting, sinus augmentation, ridge preservation, soft tissue procedures, and other advanced oral surgical procedures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians for comprehensive treatment planning
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with DHA regulations
- Deliver exceptional patient communication and informed consent
- Uphold the highest standards of infection control, ethics, and patient safety
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and continuing education
Requirements
- DHA Eligibility Letter or DHA License as an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
- Implant privileges (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of independent clinical experience after specialist qualification
- Strong experience in implant surgery and advanced oral surgical procedures
- Excellent communication and patient management skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence based dentistry
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Fluent in English
