Role Summary
The Oracle Unifier Business / Functional Analyst understands business processes, gathers requirements, designs functional solutions, and configures Oracle Unifier business processes.
Business Analysis
- Conduct workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Document business requirements, use cases, and process maps.
- Analyze current-state and future-state business processes.
Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into Oracle Unifier configurations.
- Design business processes, forms, workflows, shell structures, dashboards, and reports.
Functional Configuration
- Configure Oracle Unifier modules and workflows.
- Support SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.
Stakeholder Support
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
- Conduct user training and knowledge transfer.
