Role overview
The role is for an Oracle SCM Cloud Functional Consultant based in Dubai, UAE, with hybrid working.
The consultant will gather requirements, design SCM solutions, configure Oracle Fusion applications, and support implementation through go-live and hypercare.
Experience requirements
- The role requires at least 7 years of experience.
- Candidates must have completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud implementation projects.
Business analysis and solution design
- Conduct business requirements gathering workshops.
- Analyze As-Is and To-Be business processes.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend Oracle SCM Cloud solutions.
- Design end-to-end Oracle SCM business processes.
- Lead Conference Room Pilots.
Documentation and testing
- Prepare configuration documents and functional design documents.
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and production validation.
Implementation support
- Participate in cutover and go-live activities.
- Provide hypercare and post-production support.
Mandatory SCM skills
- Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud, sourcing, self-service procurement, supplier management, and supplier qualification management are mandatory skills.
- Procurement contracts, purchasing, and inventory management are mandatory skills.
Preferred experience
- Strong functional consulting and stakeholder management skills are preferred.
- Experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementation and support projects is preferred.
