- Design Concept to Cash, Lead to Order, Order to Activate, and Trouble to Resolve journeys
- Produce HLDs, LLDs, solution blueprints, integration architecture, and deployment strategies
- Ensure architecture compliance with TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA) and Frameworks principles
