Oracle Recruitment Module Support Analyst

We are seeking an Oracle Recruitment Module Support Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with the Oracle Recruitment module and a good understanding of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process.

The role involves providing functional support, resolving user tickets, and ensuring the smooth operation of recruitment-related activities within Oracle.

· Provide Level 1 functional support for the Oracle Recruitment module.

· Manage, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets related to recruitment processes within agreed SLAs.

· Analyse reported issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues when required.

· Support business users with Oracle Recruitment module functionality and process-related queries.

· Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

· Work closely with functional and technical teams to resolve application issues.

· Maintain documentation for recurring issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.

· Ensure compliance with organizational processes and support quality standards.
