Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, CRM, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions
- Configure NetSuite modules in accordance with business requirements and best practices
- Conduct fit gap analysis and recommend optimal business solutions
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Solution Design Documents (SDD)
- Configure workflows, approval processes, forms, dashboards, KPIs, saved searches, and reports
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing, and regression testing
- Deliver end user training and prepare user documentation
- Develop and customize NetSuite using SuiteScript 2.x (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, RESTlet)
- Design and maintain SuiteFlow workflows for business process automation
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, RESTlets, and SuiteTalk
- Support data migration activities using CSV Import, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), and integration tools
- Troubleshoot performance issues, script errors, and integration failures
Requirements
- 8–10 years of ERP consulting or application support experience
- At least 3–5 years of hands on experience with Oracle NetSuite
- Experience in at least two full cycle NetSuite implementations
- Experience in ERP customization, integrations, data migration, and production support
- Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational business processes
- Experience working with implementation partners and cross functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline
- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant certifications
- NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer certifications (highly preferred)

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oracle NetSuite Techno Functional Consultant to implement, customize, support, and optimize Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of functional ERP expertise and technical development skills, enabling them to translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions.
- The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, implementation partners, and IT teams to deliver high quality ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and support the organization's digital transformation initiatives.
Functional Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehouse, CRM, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions.
- Configure NetSuite modules in accordance with business requirements and best practices.
- Conduct fit gap analysis and recommend optimal business solutions.

- Support business process redesign and ERP optimization initiatives.
- Configure workflows, approval processes, forms, dashboards, KPIs, saved searches, and reports.

- Provide post go live support and resolve functional issues.
- Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and customize NetSuite using SuiteScript 2.x (Client, User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce, Suitelet, RESTlet).
- Design and maintain SuiteFlow workflows for business process automation.
- Create and maintain Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, KPIs, reports, and dashboards.
- Develop PDF/HTML templates using Advanced PDF/HTML and FreeMarker.
- Build and maintain custom records, custom fields, forms, and transaction types.
- Develop and support integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, RESTlets, and SuiteTalk.
- Integrate NetSuite with third party applications such as CRM, WMS, banking platforms, HRMS, eCommerce, and logistics systems.
- Support data migration activities using CSV Import, SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF), and integration tools.
- Troubleshoot performance issues, script errors, and integration failures.
- Manage SuiteBundler deployments and assist with release management.

Experience
- 8–10 years of ERP consulting or application support experience.

- Agile Project Management Experience is an added advantage.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant certifications.
- NetSuite Certified SuiteCloud Developer certifications (highly preferred).
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification is an added advantage.
