The Oracle HCM Technical Consultant role requires hands-on technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud technical components, a deep understanding of HR business processes and workflows, and proficiency in various HCM technical capabilities, including but not limited to OTBI, BIP reports, HCM Extracts, outbound and inbound integrations through OIC and FTP connections, Fast Formula development, and other customizations such as VBCS.
This resource will be responsible for supporting the HR systems used by RB Global and continually looking for ways to improve our processes, data, policies, and standards.
This role requires strong communication skills to keep the People team informed on the status of queries, issues, and concerns.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with HR teams and payroll specialists and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
