Oracle Hcm Functional Consultant

Veltech Consultancy Services is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to manage and support key Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with strong expertise in Payroll, Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Performance Management.

· Manage and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Workforce Compensation, and Performance Management

· Execute and manage monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery

· Configure and maintain Fast Formulas, payroll elements, balances, deductions, earnings, and statutory components

· Support Workforce Compensation processes including compensation plans, eligibility, salary review cycles, approvals, and compensation worksheets

· Support Performance Management processes including goal setting, performance documents, review templates, evaluation workflows, ratings, and appraisal cycles

· Handle payroll validations, reconciliations, issue resolution, and post-payroll checks

· Support UAT, SIT, production releases, and quarterly patch validation

· Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement enhancements / Change Requests

· Provide functional support and troubleshooting for day-to-day HCM operations

· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and payroll regulations; UAE / GCC payroll experience will be preferred

· Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and system improvements

· Prepare functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, test scripts, and knowledge transfer materials
