Overview

  • **Role: Oracle HCM - EBS Technical Consultant**
  • **Experience: 7–10 years**
  • **Location: Remote, India or Onsite, Dubai**
  • **Core Requirements: Reports Development, OAF, ADF**
  • **Nice to have: Workflow Customization**

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support technical solutions for Oracle EBS HCM applications.
  • Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, conversions, and custom components.
  • Work extensively on Reports Development using Oracle tools and technologies.
  • Develop and enhance applications using OAF (Oracle Application Framework).
  • Work on ADF-based developments and integrations.
  • Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions aligned with Oracle EBS standards.
  • Prepare technical design documents and support documentation.
  • Perform unit testing, SIT, UAT support, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, testing, and production environments.
  • Coordinate with functional consultants and business users for requirement clarification and delivery.
  • Ensure coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices are followed.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Oracle EBS Technical development.

Hands-on expertise in:

> Reports Development

> ADF (Application Development Framework)

  • Experience with Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Forms/Reports.
  • Good understanding of Oracle EBS HCM modules and underlying data structures.
  • Experience in customization, extensions, and technical support activities.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience in Workflow Customization
  • Exposure to Oracle APIs and integrations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Oracle certification will be an added advantage.
