The position leads complex workstreams while delivering strategic, client-focused outcomes.
The work
- Lead the Oracle HCM Core HR workstream across implementation lifecycles.
- Translate HR business requirements into scalable system solutions.
- Oversee design, build, test, and deployment phases against scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Act as a primary client stakeholder contact and provide strategic guidance.
- Manage dependencies across Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, and other HCM modules.
- Lead workshops to gather, validate, and refine business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and compliance requirements.
- Coach and mentor team members and support capability development.
- Support solutioning, proposals, client presentations, and other business development activities.
