Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Business users and Functional Consultants to understand SCM business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project delivery.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules and related reporting tools.
• Develop and customize BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and Fusion SCM extracts.
• Design and develop RTF Templates, Excel Templates, XSL Templates, and E-Text Templates based on business requirements.
• Configure and support E-mail Bursting and FTP Bursting functionalities.
• Perform OTBI drill-down reporting and SCM analytics development.
• Develop and test extracts using BI Cloud Connector (BICC).
• Create and schedule ESS jobs for BI Publisher reports.
• Handle customer-facing production support activities including P1/P2 ticket resolution within SLA timelines.
• Work on technical problem tickets as part of the problem management process.
• Liaise with Oracle Support for production issues, SR handling, and product bug resolution.
• Support Oracle Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Supply Planning, and Manufacturing.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong expertise in BI Publisher and OTBI development.
• Hands-on experience with BICC extract development and testing.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud Applications architecture.
• Experience in Fusion SCM reporting tools and ESS jobs.
• Strong knowledge of SCM OTBI subject areas and SCM business processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs.
• Exposure to Fusion security, integrations, and data migration activities.
• Experience working in implementation, enhancement, or support projects.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
