Oversee consultants and client personnel through all phases of Oracle Fusion implementation projects.

Work with a client-side project manager on planning, communication, coordination, issue management, risk reduction, escalation, and budget tracking.

Act as liaison between technical, functional, and client-side resources during implementation and post-implementation support.

Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Prepare proposals and statements of work, develop project estimates and work plans, and advise on implementation strategy.
Manage information technology ERP projects and ensure requirements support timely, high-quality delivery.
Develop detailed project plans with critical paths, task dependencies, and major milestones.
Estimate resources needed for ERP implementation and ongoing support.
Identify and escalate critical implementation issues.
Provide performance feedback and coach, mentor, and lead project team members.
Improve ERP project management processes and methodologies.

At least 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion project management.
Experience managing two to three end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Experience managing a consulting team of 10 or more resources.
Strong project management capabilities and experience delivering complex Oracle Fusion Applications projects using Oracle AIM and OUM methodologies.
High-level functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications.
Strong experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects end to end.
Strong delivery and implementation experience working for a consultancy or systems integrator.
Strong experience managing budgets, commercials, and customer experience.
Experience with change management, project risk mitigation, and issue management.
Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.
PMP certification is preferred.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
