The role involves developing and customizing HCM solutions, integrating with third-party applications, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
Candidates must have strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud and experience in data migration and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Oracle Fusion HCM technical solutions with a focus on Payroll.
- Design and develop HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports, and Fast Formula support.
- Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Develop and maintain HDL and HSDL data migration templates.
- Configure and support Payroll-related technical components, including element entries, balances, payroll interfaces, and data conversion.
- Develop REST and SOAP web service integrations with third-party applications.
- Create and maintain BIP reports, XML Publisher templates, and SQL-based reports.
- Develop VBCS and Oracle APEX applications where required.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
- Participate in technical design sessions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Oracle Cloud development standards and best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud technical development, integrations, reporting, data migration, and Payroll implementations.
- Experience in one or more of the following Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Global Human Resources (Core HR), Absence Management, Compensation, Benefits, Workforce Structures, Time & Labor, Recruiting, Talent Management.
- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Certification.
- Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly upgrades.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Oracle Digital Assistant.
- Oracle Fusion Security.
- Git / DevOps knowledge.
