Responsibilities
- Participate in functional design, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor, Core HR, and Absence Management
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
- Configure payroll components including payroll definitions, elements, balances, fast formulas, payroll flows, costing, payment methods, and statutory calculations
- Configure Oracle Time & Labor including time entry layouts, time rules, overtime calculations, shift premiums, approvals, and payroll integration
- Support payroll validation, parallel payroll runs, UAT, cutover, go live, and post production support
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve functional issues and recommend process improvements
- Support payroll reporting, statutory reporting, integrations, and collaboration with technical consultants
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reporting, HDL/data migration, and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates
- Drive adoption of Oracle Redwood user experience and leverage Oracle Fusion AI capabilities where applicable
Requirements
- 6 8+ years of hands on Oracle Fusion HCM functional consulting experience
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor, Core HR, Absence Management
- Minimum three end to end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation projects
- Minimum two Oracle Time & Labor implementation projects
- Proven experience implementing and supporting UAE/GCC Payroll
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law including EOSB, gratuity, leave salary, overtime rules
- Experience in payroll reconciliation, parallel payroll execution, and production support
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion enterprise structures and payroll related security concepts
- Working knowledge of Oracle Redwood UX and Oracle Fusion AI capabilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Role Summary

The ideal candidate will have hands on experience delivering Oracle Fusion Payroll and OTL implementations
Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements

- Strong functional expertise in: Oracle Fusion Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Core HR, Absence Management.
- Minimum three (3) end to end Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation projects.
- Minimum two (2) Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) implementation projects.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting UAE/GCC Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, including: End of Service Benefits (EOSB) Gratuity calculations, Leave salary, Overtime rules, Public holidays, Allowances and deductions, Payroll statutory compliance.
- Experience in payroll reconciliation, parallel payroll execution, and production support.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion enterprise structures and payroll related security concepts.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Redwood UX and Oracle Fusion AI capabilities for HCM.
Qualifications & Certification
- Oracle Cloud Payroll/OTL Certification is preferred.
- Experience working on large enterprise or multi company Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
