Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements related to HR and payroll processes
- Configure and implement Oracle HCM modules based on organizational needs
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot Oracle HCM system issues
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and deployment activities
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, and user manuals
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and data migration
- Deliver user training and provide post go live support
- Support quarterly system updates, patches, and continuous enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field
- 8 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM implementation and support
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Talent Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning Management
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and/or Oracle EBS HCM
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, and integrations is an advantage
