Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programs.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.
- Oversee cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare, and coexistence strategy.
- Manage environment and instance planning, release management, and testing governance.
- Coordinate data migration, reconciliation, and business readiness activities.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and executive reporting.
- Ensure compliance with PMO governance and telecom industry standards.
- Support organizational change management, training, and user adoption activities.
