Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Oracle Fusion Program Director

to lead large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation program, engaging stakeholders across business and technology functions, coordinating global system integrators, and ensuring successful delivery of the ERP transformation roadmap.

This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP implementations within complex enterprise environments, preferably in aviation, transportation, logistics, or other highly regulated industries.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall Oracle Fusion implementation program across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management (HCM), Projects, Maintenance Repair & Operations (MRO), and related business functions.
  • Define, develop, and execute ERP transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives and digital transformation goals.
  • Manage implementation partners, global system integrators, third-party vendors, and consulting teams.
  • Establish governance frameworks, PMO structures, reporting mechanisms, and delivery methodologies.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and functional teams to drive successful transformation outcomes.
  • Ensure effective change management, user adoption, communication planning, and business readiness activities.
  • Oversee solution architecture, integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and cutover planning.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, resource allocation, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and operational requirements.
  • Monitor program performance through KPIs and executive reporting.
  • Drive post-go-live stabilization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to project managers, functional consultants, and delivery teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience leading Oracle ERP transformation programs and enterprise application delivery.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
  • Strong expertise across Oracle Fusion ERP modules and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects, and HCM business processes.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Oracle Cloud Certifications, or equivalent are highly preferred.
  • Prior experience in aviation, airlines, airports, transportation, logistics, or similarly regulated industries is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working within the Middle East region, particularly Saudi Arabia.
  • Knowledge of Saudi regulatory requirements, localization, and compliance standards.
  • Arabic language proficiency is required.
  • Experience managing multi-country or global ERP transformation programs.
  • Exposure to complex enterprise environments with large-scale integration landscapes
