Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Oracle ERP Cloud implementations, upgrades, and support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain) to gather and translate requirements
- Oversee configuration, customization, and integration of ERP systems
- Manage and mentor a team of functional and technical consultants
- Drive process improvements and system optimization
- Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance
- Handle issue resolution, troubleshooting, and continuous enhancements
- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience supporting Oracle ERP solutions
- 2–4 years of experience leading ERP projects or managing teams
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as: Financials Procurement Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) General Ledger (GL) Fixed Assets Cash Management Project Billing and Enterprise Contracts

- Exposure to data migration, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
- Certifications in Oracle ERP (Cloud) are a plus
- HCM experience is an added advantage
Technical Knowledge
Oracle ERP Cloud
Knowledge of reporting tools such as: OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Basic understanding of SQL, Integrations & APIs.
