About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Oracle Forms and database objects
- Develop Oracle Reports using XML Publisher and RDF
- Work with Oracle Workflows, OAF, and AME
- Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code
- Support HRMS modules including Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance
- Configure Fast Formula, Element Link, and Payroll Setups
- Develop applications using Oracle APEX (if applicable)
- Create and maintain Oracle technical documentation
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Oracle EBS
- Hands on experience in Oracle Forms development and creation of database objects
- Proficient in Oracle Reports development using XML Publisher
- Experience with Oracle Workflows, OA Framework (OAF), and AME
- Strong experience in SQL and PL/SQL development
- Extensive HRMS experience in Core HR, SSHR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance
- Strong expertise in Fast Formula, Element Link, and Payroll Setups
- Experience in developing applications using Oracle APEX framework is an added advantage
- Exposure to creating and maintaining Oracle technical documentation
