Randstad Digital is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep Oracle EBS Financials expertise for a 12-month contract in Vancouver. The role involves supporting, optimizing, and scaling global retail finance systems, requiring 7-10+ years of experience and strong Agile skills.

Responsibilities
- Act as SME for Oracle EBS Financials and core integrations with Coupa, GTNexus, Accruent
- Lead discovery workshops, conduct fit gap analyses, and translate business needs into Agile ready requirements
- Configure and maintain Oracle EBS Financial modules
- Partner with regional finance teams to drive global process standardization
- Perform functional and technical analysis for system integrations and customizations
- Oversee end to end testing lifecycle including UAT and defect resolution
- Perform root cause analysis on system issues
Requirements
- 7 10+ years of business and systems analysis experience
- Deep hands on functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, PO, Costing)
- Strong understanding of core accounting concepts and retail finance processes
- Proven experience in Agile/Scrum environment
- High proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Experience leading functional, regression, SIT, and UAT testing
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week in Downtown Vancouver
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Accounting certification highly preferred

About the Role

- Be the Oracle EBS Guru: Act as SME for Oracle EBS Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, PO, Costing) and integrations.

What We’re Looking For
- 7 10+ years of business and systems analysis experience.
- Deep hands on functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials or similar Tier 1 ERP.
- Strong understanding of core accounting concepts and retail finance processes.
- Proven Agile/Scrum experience.
- High proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
- Experience leading testing activities.
- Ability to work on site 5 days a week.
