The Oracle Data and Reporting Lead is a Senior Manager role in Accenture's Oracle practice.
The role owns enterprise data strategy, reporting, analytics governance, and delivery across large Oracle Cloud transformations.
The position advises CFO, CIO, Controller, FP&A, COO, and program leadership stakeholders.
Enterprise data and reporting strategy
- Define enterprise data and reporting strategy across Oracle ERP, EPM, FDI, OAC, data warehouses, data lakes, and third-party BI platforms.
- Establish consistent KPI definitions and reporting standards for statutory, management, operational, and executive analytics.
- Lead reporting rationalization, legacy decommissioning, simplification, and migration to modern analytics solutions.
Oracle technology and AI adoption
- Lead adoption of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Intelligent Performance Management, and AI-embedded reporting capabilities.
- Drive reuse of Oracle-delivered content and seeded analytics to reduce customization and technical debt.
- Design and deploy AI-augmented analytics with predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, and prescriptive recommendations.
- Establish governance for AI-generated insights, including data lineage, model transparency, reconciliation, and auditability.
