- Design, implement, configure, and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments for enterprise healthcare applications.
- Build and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical workloads.
- Engineer cloud environments that align with Oracle Well-Architected Framework principles and enterprise architecture standards.
- Develop infrastructure standards, deployment templates, and operational procedures for OCI environments.
- Configure and administer Oracle Cloud networking, compute, storage, identity, and security services.
- Lead and support cloud migration initiatives from on-premises data centers to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
- Design and execute lift-and-shift, re-platforming, and modernization strategies for enterprise applications.
- Assess existing infrastructure and develop migration roadmaps and implementation plans.
- Perform cloud readiness assessments, dependency mapping, and migration planning.
- Coordinate migration activities with application owners, database administrators, infrastructure teams, and cybersecurity personnel.
- Validate migrated environments through testing, performance tuning, and operational readiness reviews.

- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience.

- Experience supporting Military Health System (MHS GENESIS) or Defense Health Agency (DHA) environments.

- Experience with hybrid cloud architectures.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration platforms.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
- Experience with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
- Familiarity with Oracle Database technologies and Exadata environments.
