- Fit, assess, and troubleshoot specialty contact lenses, including Toric and Multifocal designs
- Provide professional guidance on major eyewear brands and assist patients in selecting suitable frames
- Analyze and resolve technical, optical, and customer related concerns
Requirements
- DOH (Department of Health) license as Optometrist
- Minimum 2 years of experience in optometry
- Comprehensive knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, contact lenses, and major eyewear brands
- Excellent problem solving and multitasking abilities

Position Overview
- We are seeking a knowledgeable, detail oriented, and customer focused DOH Licensed Optometrist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ophthalmic and contact lenses, strong familiarity with major eyewear brands, excellent problem solving abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of progressive lens portfolios across all major brands.
- Accurately mark, verify, and dispense Single Vision, Bifocal, and Progressive lenses.
- Maintain in depth knowledge of ophthalmic lenses, including materials, refractive indices, lens designs, and coating options.
- Possess thorough understanding of contact lenses, including various categories, brands, and clinical applications.
- Fit, assess, and troubleshoot specialty contact lenses, including Toric and Multifocal designs.
- Provide professional guidance on major eyewear brands and assist patients in selecting suitable frames.
- Analyze and resolve technical, optical, and customer related concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining composure and high standards of service in a fast paced environment.
- Participate actively in continuous education, training programs, and professional development opportunities.
