About the Role
Eypie Optics LLC is seeking a licensed Optometrist for a full-time hybrid role in Dubai. The optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye exams, prescribe corrective lenses, diagnose vision problems, and advise on eyewear.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and prescribe corrective lenses
- Diagnose common vision problems and advise clients on eyewear options
- Collaborate with the optical team to ensure accurate lens fitting and oversee contact lens evaluations
- Provide clear guidance on eye health and preventive care
- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure adherence to professional and regulatory standards
- Support a high level of customer experience for a multicultural client base
- Participate in in store promotions and educate clients on new lens technologies
- Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical and customer service processes
Requirements
- Licensed Optometrist with a recognized optometry degree and eligibility to practice in Dubai (or willingness to obtain local licensure)
- Strong clinical skills in eye examinations, diagnosis of refractive errors, and prescription of lenses and contact lenses
- Ability to provide clear, patient centered education on eye health, preventive care, and appropriate eyewear options
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English required, Arabic or Urdu is an advantage
- Comfort working in a hybrid arrangement, managing both in store clinical work and remote administrative tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in patient documentation, prescriptions, and coordination with optical technicians
- Customer oriented mindset with a passion for combining clinical care with high quality service
- Previous experience in retail optics or a similar clinical environment in eye care is preferred
