Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for an Optician located in Saudi Arabia.
- Assist customers with selecting eyewear, conduct basic eye exams, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing questions and concerns, managing eyewear adjustments, and creating an excellent shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Optics and a strong understanding of Optometry principles
- Only Saudi
- Proficiency in conducting Eye Exams and assisting with eyewear selection
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering Customer Satisfaction
- Attention to detail, interpersonal communication skills
- Prior experience in optometry field or related role is preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage
- Diploma or certification in Optometry, Opticianry, or a related discipline is desirable
