Role Summary
Run operations for Assurekit's purchase-protection line of business, covering shipping protection, RTO protection, and e-commerce purchase-protection programs.
Own the weekly operating loop from data intake and plan enrollment through claims adjudication, payouts, settlements, reconciliations, and partner reporting.
This is an operator role focused on reliable execution, process improvement, SOPs, and automation rather than strategy generalism.
Location and Scope
- The role is based in Mumbai and follows a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office.
- The role reports to the COO and works with Operations, Data, Partnerships, and Finance teams.
- The role covers programs operated for platforms including Shiprocket, GoKwik, Meesho, Pepperfry, and Mokobara.
Run the Programs
- Own enrollment and data ingestion, including partner feeds, plan issuance, exception handling, and reverse feeds.
- Own claims operations from intake and adjudication through fraud or anomaly flags, payout instructions, turnaround tracking, and partner communication.
- Run weekly settlements and reconciliations for partner invoices, payouts, insurer floats, premium remittances, and claim reimbursements.
