Should have good knowledge and understanding of Client Account set up process, Client Hierarchy maintenance, SSI set up and client call back process.

Good interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with global stakeholders.

Good organizational skills to support multiple lines of business which is time sensitive

Ability to handle pressure, high volume and risk. Understanding of the Trade life cycle.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Interpersonal, influencing & stakeholder management skills

Strong MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) skills

Exceptional attention to detail.
