- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic eye diseases, including glaucoma, cataracts, and retinal disorders.
- Perform surgeries such as cataract extraction, refractive surgeries, and other ophthalmic procedures.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and prescribe medications or therapies accordingly.
- Educate patients on eye health, preventive measures, and post operative care.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology through continuous education and training.
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization in ophthalmology and valid medical license.
- Proven experience as an Ophthalmologist, preferably in high volume or leading healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in performing various ophthalmic surgical procedures.
- Strong diagnostic capabilities and knowledge of advanced ophthalmic technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle complex cases and work efficiently under pressure.
- Commitment to maintaining up to date knowledge and participating in professional development.
