ONBOARDING SCHEDULE: To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.

Operate and monitor production equipment
Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery
Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance
Accurately measure and scale ingredients
Complete quality checks and record data
Keep your work area clean
Follows safety rules, SOP’s and cGMP guidelines
Performs other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED preferred
0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift
Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred)
Comfortable using computers or tablets
Able to read, write, and understand English
Basic math and mechanical understanding
Strong attention to detail
Team-oriented and dependable
Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
As a Senior Material Handler, you’ll lead the accurate dispensing and handling of raw materials to support production.
You’ll verify labels, document processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
You’ll also mentor team members, assist with inventory adjustments, and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Your attention to detail and leadership help us deliver the products people love — safely and consistently.
Dispense raw materials according to specifications
Verify labels and document dispensing processes accurately
Load and unload raw materials; report damage or inconsistencies
Scale, measure, and sample materials with precision
Support overflow tasks and collaborate across departments
Assist with inventory adjustments and cycle counts
Mentor peers and support a positive team environment
Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed
Enter data using paper forms, computers, or tablets
Follow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policies
Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or GED preferred
2–3 years of manufacturing or material handling experience preferred
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift
Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens
Flexible to work overtime based on business needs
Comfortable using computers, tablets, and digital tools
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Able to read, write, and understand English
Strong organization and attention to detail
Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive
Skilled at guiding others and supporting team goals
2nd shift +$1.50 shift differential
3rd shift + $3.00 shift differential
Pay: $19.29 per hour
The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
It is not typical for an individual to be hired at top of range.
