Operator - Loom

The Loom Operator plays a major role in the initial stage of production of Engineered and Forming Fabrics for use in the building, pulp and paper industry.

Over time the incumbent is trained in a variety of distinct tasks each associated with the classification of Loom Operator.

These include: knot-tying, threading, set-up, start-up, loom operation, cleaning and burling fabrics.
