Stranger Soccer is seeking an Operator and License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Doha.

Key Responsibilities
- Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Doha.
- Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
- Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
- Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
- Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
Headquarters Support
- The Singapore headquarters provides a technology platform for app, payments, and operations.
- Support also includes proven operating systems, processes, and ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth.
Who They Are Looking For
- Passion for football and a strong understanding of the local football community.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Experience managing operations and delivering measurable results.
- Background in operations, community management, or customer experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
