Control equipment to adjust chemical changes and reactions during the production process

Review formulation orders for accuracy both when receiving and after they've been completed

Ensure that products produced meet company’s quality and production standards based on scheduled demands

Monitor production blenders to ensure batches run efficiently and in a timely manner

Produce batches of fertilizer in a mixing blender

Add various materials to batches, sometimes hazardous

Operate and clean equipment in production process including pumps, liquid separator, blender, centrifuge, etc

Open and close multiple valves daily

Operate load out pumps

Work from heights

Must be available for rotating shifts 6AM-2:30PM & 2PM - 10:30PM Monday - Friday (rotates every 60 days)

High School diploma or equivalent required; experience may be considered in lieu of education

1+ year(s) forklift experience preferred

Valid driver's license preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

The hourly rate range for this role, in Biola, CA, is between $24.00. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
