Responsibilities
- Fill production reports.
- Follow up printing process around the clock.
- Check the Finished Product size, print registration, repeat, color matching and visual defects (dots, ink touch...).
- Troubleshoot any problem and report major ones to the Team Leader / Lead Operator.
- Provide roll sample to QC for quality control.
- To report any quality defects to QC and Team Leader / Lead Operator.
- To report to maintenance team and Team Leader in case of any breakdown or any damage in machine parts.
- Drive to reach the KPI target.
- Assigns tasks to the helpers according to the job needs.
- Fill and sign the roll / pallet label.
