Operate production machinery safely and efficiently while supporting quality, maintenance, productivity, and workplace organization requirements.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Validate the availability of required documents, including JFT and IFM, before starting a new job.
- Operate the machine according to work instructions and IFM.
- Troubleshoot issues and request support when needed.
- Coordinate startup-run quality checks with the QC Inspector.
- Report quality defects to QC and the Team Leader.
- Request corrective maintenance support through the Team Leader.
- Assign Helper tasks and maintain 5S standards around the machine.
- Set filling scales and communicate required bag and pallet types.
- Record daily production data in DPR and ERP systems.
- Complete machine parameter forms for approval and system logging.
- Check product and pallet labels and confirm the proper packing mode.
Role requirements
- Ability to operate production machinery according to work instructions and IFM requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate support.
- Ability to record production data in DPR and ERP systems.
- Ability to follow quality, packing, labeling, and 5S procedures.
