Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bobcat Operator based in Dubai.
The Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a Bobcat to execute various tasks on construction sites, including excavation, leveling, backfilling, and site preparation.
Additional responsibilities include regular equipment maintenance, ensuring machinery is in good working condition, and adhering to safety guidelines and operational protocols.
Qualifications
- Proficient in operating and handling Bobcat machinery and related equipment
- Thorough understanding of construction site safety protocols and guidelines
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and troubleshooting of Bobcat machinery
- Ability to read and interpret site plans, instructions, and relevant project documentation
- Good physical stamina and coordination for handling equipment on construction sites
- Valid UAE driving license or equipment operator's license
- Prior experience in civil construction projects is a strong advantage
- Teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving skills are highly valued
