Role Overview
The Operator performs batch production activities in a manufacturing environment using Master Production Records and PLC/SCADA systems.
The role supports accurate production data capture, equipment troubleshooting, safety and quality compliance, process improvement, and team-based production execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow the Master Production Record and perform batch operations using PLC/SCADA systems.
- Record ingredients, weights, temperatures, and other critical batch data accurately in the database.
- Troubleshoot production equipment and process issues.
- Follow safety and quality regulations and report accidents or safety violations.
- Assist with process and product quality improvements and collaborate with production team members.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in a similar operational role.
- Manufacturing or production experience, PLC or SCADA experience, and troubleshooting experience.
- B.Sc. in Chemistry or a Diploma or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Ability to record and input data accurately into databases.
- Familiarity with safety and quality regulations in production environments.
