Operations Transformation Senior Manager

Proven experience in management consulting, operations transformation, or process improvement, with a proven track record of leading complex engagements

Demonstrated success leading end-to-end process diagnostic engagements

Strong commercial acumen, including proposal writing, SOW development, and consulting engagement management

Hands-on experience with process mining tools (Signavio, UiPath Process Gold, Apromore, or equivalent)

Proficiency in BPMN process modelling and Lean methodologies (Six Sigma certification advantageous)

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to support recommendations

Highly developed executive-level slide design and storytelling skills (PowerPoint)

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project budgets

Workshop facilitation experience across operational and executive audiences
