What you’ll do
Lead end to end delivery of large-scale operations transformation programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders on scope, milestones, and success metrics
Conduct diagnostics by undertaking process analysis, formulating insights, and delivering high-quality outcomes
Design and implementation of operating models
Define client strategies and process improvement initiatives
Crafting client-ready deliverables and presentations
Manage day-to-day project operations across multiple workstreams
Lead, coach and develop team members; assigning work and providing feedback
Partner with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
Support business development by contributing to proposals, statements of work and pitch materials
Drive change management and adoption, including stakeholder engagement, communications and post implementation support
What we’re looking for
Demonstrated background in consulting, continuous improvement, or project delivery experience, ideally within the mining, energy, utilities or resources sector
Proven experience leading and managing large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs for major clients from strategy through to implementation
