Role Overview
Lead Kin’s Operations training delivery function by developing trainers, scaling onboarding, and ensuring high-impact learning experiences.
The role supports licensed sales agents and customer service representatives through onboarding, enablement, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities
- Lead the Operations learning delivery function and oversee onboarding for approximately 200 new hires annually.
- Develop and coach 3 to 5 facilitators through performance management, mentoring, and professional development.
- Manage the training calendar and team capacity in alignment with hiring plans, operational priorities, and program capacity.
- Identify knowledge gaps with Operations leaders and nesting managers, then create targeted learning interventions.
- Translate feedback and performance trends into training improvements and collaborate on course strategy and learning methodology.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through trainee performance and operational metrics, including continuing education completion.
